Why Self-Awareness Leads To Resilience
Leaders who remain effective under stress do not rely on a single strength or trait. They understand their core drive, how they process information, where they naturally contribute, what triggers their stress response, and what role they play in their teams.
During guided facilitation, participants practice four CORE moves: Curiosity, Objectivity, Reassurance, and Empathy. These moves de-escalate friction, accelerate learning, and keep teams focused on mission under pressure.
