The Stellar Compass framework utilizes the sefirot (divine attributes or channels) as the foundational architecture for character development. It maps these spiritual channels into three practical human centers: mind (mo'ach), heart (lev), and embodied action (kaved).
By understanding our core typology (our natural order of how we function) we begin the discipline of Inner-Inclusion. This is the realization that every leadership type is included within the others. Leaders learn to integrate these faculties so they cooperate rather than compete, clarifying pure intent and aiming capacities toward moral responsibility.
