Stellar Compass is an instructor-led leadership development program for military units and teams that work under pressure, and for the leaders responsible for them.

Most teams do not fail because they lack talent. They lose time and trust when intent is misread, stress patterns go unnamed, and leaders do not have a common language for how people operate under pressure.
Stellar Compass gives the team a structured way to understand individual tendencies, talk about those tendencies without reducing people to labels, and convert insight into observable leadership behavior.
This is not a personality quiz, a doctrine lecture, or a software dashboard by itself. It is a facilitated, faith-integrated leadership development experience supported by a digital assessment system.

Stellar Compass is not just a personality test, and it is not just a leadership test.
Personality and leadership inventories are familiar in military development, and many leaders have found them useful. They tell you what your tendencies are. They usually stop short of asking what your leadership is for.
Stellar Compass starts with that second question. Its character architecture draws on the sefirot, the channels of character described in Jewish mystical texts, and translates them into three practical centers: mind, emotions, and embodied action. We name that source openly because leaders deserve to know what shapes the work they are asked to do.
On training day, nobody needs a glossary. The facilitator teaches in words your team already uses: Origin, Map, Rucksack, Formation, and Azimuth. The depth stays in the design, so the room can stay on the work.
That is what faith-based leader development adds. Every leader gets a clear answer to what their leadership is for, and one concrete move to practice for the next 30 days.

How the day runs
The experience is designed for live, instructor-led use. The app provides the structure; the facilitator helps the group convert results into useful discussion and behavior.
