1. Doctrinal Alignment

Stellar Compass is a leadership development framework designed for high-stakes environments. The platform translates well-known ideas from personality and leadership research into a practical, mission-focused system tailored for real units and real teams.

2. Intended Use

Access to the Instructor and Admin portals is restricted to authorized personnel. Participants are granted temporary access via a session PIN to complete their tactical drills and assessments. Unauthorized use, reverse engineering, or attempt to exploit the platform is strictly prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property

The specific patterns, assessments, visual maps, and geometric kinematics (including the Sefirot and Enneagram models as adapted for this platform) are the intellectual property of the platform creators. They provide leaders with clear language for how they think, decide, and operate together.

4. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" to facilitate team alignment and leadership intelligence. The creators are not liable for operational decisions made by units or commands utilizing the framework.
